Jodie has developed and presented over 15 tailored workshops to help participants build their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the tourism and hospitality industry.
From 2005 to 2007, Jodie worked as tourism advisor to the National University of Laos and throughout her life has worked in the service industry. Sound visitor management and strong customer focus are at the core of her teaching.
